Filmlovr respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We are operated from the United Kingdom and accept copyright takedown notices in DMCA format. This page explains how to file a notice, how to counter-notice, and how the designated agent process works.
Designated Agent
Filmlovr designates the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). This agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Notices not sent to the designated agent will not receive a response.

A valid DMCA notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Filmlovr to locate it (e.g., the URL); (4) your contact information including address, telephone, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material removed and the location at which it appeared before removal; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (4) your name, address, and telephone number; and (5) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or for any judicial district in which Filmlovr may be found if your address is outside the United States.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Filmlovr terminates accounts of users who are repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances. Repeated valid DMCA notices targeting the same account may result in suspension or permanent termination.
Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Filmlovr reserves the right to seek damages for false notices.
