Francine McDougall

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Francine McDougall is an Australian film director, producer, television director and photographer. She is best known for directing the 2001 comedy film Sugar & Spice, her major directorial debut. She also directed the Disney Channel Original Movies Go Figure and Cow Belles.
