Vuk Babić was a Serbian film director and screenwriter known for his contributions to Yugoslav cinema. He graduated from the Academy of Theatre, Film, Radio, and Television in Belgrade, where he studied world literature and directing. Babić's notable works include Pre rata (1966), a film that explores pre-war tensions, and Masmediologija na Balkanu (1989), which delves into media influences in the Balkans. His films often addressed social and political themes, reflecting the complexities of Yugoslav society. Babić was married to actress Snežana Nikšić, with whom he had a daughter, Miona.
