Miroslav "Mika" Antić was a Serbian poet, film director, journalist, and painter, recognized as a significant figure in Yugoslav literature and cinema. He began his education in Mokrin, attended high school in Kikinda and Pančevo, and pursued Slavic studies at the University of Belgrade. Antić's literary work includes poetry collections such as Plavi čuperak (1965), which resonated with younger audiences. In cinema, he was associated with the Yugoslav Black Wave movement, directing films like Breakfast with the Devil (1971), which critiqued societal norms and faced censorship during its time. Antić's multifaceted career left a lasting impact on Serbian culture.
