Else is stood up by her daughter and instead finds herself in the company of two other middle-aged women at a seaside hotel, where a very different day takes shape. Everyone in the unlikely trio has their own problems that make it difficult to see clearly and make the right decisions, and Else in particular must decide whether she wants to live life to the fullest.
