The Story
At 92, Granny Asha’s magic is fading—she forgets spells, and spirits no longer visit. When her grandson DouDou moves back with his son, Dou-Miao, the boy’s hidden powers awaken, pulling him and his grandma Mei-Chen back to Asha’s childhood in Japanese-era Taiwan. But a vengeful spirit, once sealed by Asha, resurfaces in a storm. With DouDou trapped undersea and Asha’s magic failing, can four generations join forces to save their village?
